Government Model Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai Under the auspices of Government Model Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai, the Sports day and Annual day were celebrated recently. MLA C. Vijayabaskar released the souvenir brought out on the occasion. The president of Parent-Teachers Association, S. Rajasekaran, received the first copy. The Chief Educational Officer, V. Rajarajeswari, gave away mementoes to the teachers. A retired teacher, S. Vasudevan, and patrons of the school were honoured on the occasion. M. Chandrasekaran, District Education Officer, also spoke. The principal of the school, S. Rajasekar, said from the next academic year, the school would admit both boys and girls. It would also offer English and Tamil as the medium of instruction.
